Dr. Buddy Allen

Dr. Buddy Allen graduated from the University of Western States in 2003 with his Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine and later earned a post-graduate degree in Advanced Clinical Nutrition.

For more than 20 years, Dr. Allen has helped thousands of patients get out of pain and overcome chronic health challenges using natural, evidence-informed care. His approach focuses on identifying the root cause of dysfunction — restoring proper structure, improving neurological function, and supporting long-term health rather than simply masking symptoms.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Allen is a certified health coach who trains healthcare professionals across the country in sustainable weight-loss and lifestyle transformation strategies. In 2009, he began consulting for one of the leading health coaching organizations in America, helping both individuals and large groups achieve measurable results through structured, healthy living systems.

Dr. Allen is known for his practical mindset, clear communication, and commitment to helping patients take ownership of their health.

Beyond the Clinic

Dr. Allen’s passion for health and resilience extends into his personal life.

He loves woodworking and working with his hands — even building his own home in Garden Valley, Idaho. The same precision and craftsmanship he applies in the shop is reflected in how he approaches patient care.

He is married with four children — two girls and two boys — and values time spent with his family above all else. Whether it’s hunting, fishing, motorcycling, or camping, he enjoys being outdoors and embracing the Idaho lifestyle.

Born in Eugene, Oregon, raised in California, and proudly rooted in Idaho since 2002, Dr. Allen brings both West Coast perspective and strong Idaho values to his practice.

Dr. Shawn Stadlbauer, DC

Dr. Shawn Stadlbauer is a chiropractor focused on helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and move through life with greater confidence. At Health Spark Chiropractic, his approach centers on understanding how the body’s movement systems and nervous system work together to influence health, performance, and recovery.

Rather than only addressing symptoms, Dr. Shawn works to identify the underlying patterns that may be contributing to persistent discomfort or dysfunction. Through a detailed evaluation process, he looks at factors such as movement quality, balance, coordination, and nervous system regulation to better understand what each patient’s body needs.

His clinical focus often includes individuals experiencing ongoing musculoskeletal pain, headaches, dizziness, post-concussion symptoms, and movement limitations that have not fully resolved through traditional approaches. By combining chiropractic care with neurological and movement-based strategies, Dr. Shawn helps patients rebuild stability, resilience, and long-term function.

Dr. Shawn believes that when the brain and body communicate effectively, people are able to move better, feel better, and live with greater energy and confidence.

Beyond the Clinic

Born and raised in the Treasure valley, Dr. Shawn is a proud Borah Highschool Alumni and Boise state graduate. Dr. Shawn enjoys staying active and exploring the many ways movement improves both physical and mental health. He enjoys strength training, skateboarding, archery hunting, and fishing!

Dr. Shawn and his wife, Stacia, have been married for over a decade and enjoy raising their 4 boys together. Much of his professional motivation comes from a desire to build a life centered around health, growth, and serving others—both in his community and within his own home.
